Water advisory lifted for Chase

A water quality advisory in Chase was rescinded Thursday, once the village got the go-ahead from Interior Health.

“The levels are now back to more normal levels,” said Larry Randle, village corporate officer.

The advisory had been in place since June 26, encouraging those with newborns or compromised immune systems to boil water before drinking.
