Venture Kamloops has new board

A partner at KPMG is the new president of the Venture Kamloops board.

Paula Presta, a Kamloops native, said she’s excited to correlate her day job helping business owners and entrepreneurs work together with her new role at the helm of Venture Kamloops.

“We want people to communicate with us, to tell us how we are doing. We want to not just be a conduit but a facilitator toward economic growth, linking people, businesses and resources together,” she said in a press release.

Also on the board are: vice-president Ray Hemmett, treasurer Jason Friesen and directors Ken Lepin, Anthony Muzzillo, Corrine Serink, Robert Holden and Tom Shouldice.
